Wow, one third of March has already passed! How did that happen?
I started using MyFitnessPal again yesterday, It’s recommending I only eat 1270 calories a day in order to lose a pound a week. This seems super low to me, but I’ll give it a shot. If nothing else, it will help me to be mindful about everything I eat.
- Food: Somehow, I came in under that 1270 calorie goal. I did go to bed hungry though. Breakfast: latte, cheese, clementine: Lunch: tofu and spinach stirfry, Trader Joe’s butter waffle cookie; Snack: snack pack from Graze, roasted almonds; Dinner: salad with tuna, popcorn, one dark chocolate with caramel square sea salt square, one glass red wine. P.S. Graze is a fun way to try some different snack mixes and you get this cute little box delivered to your office:
- Workout: At-home workout: arms, abs, butt
- Spending: $85 on one of my dog’s heart prescriptions, $14 to have a dress hemmed, $55 on groceries
Up for today, a three-mile run, a work event with lunch (dangerous for my calorie count!), a couple of meetings. I went to bed before 9:00 last night and will probably do the same tonight. We have a lot going on this weekend, so it’s a good idea for me to be more strict during the first part of this week.
